  Wow! Working on this blog has been an eye opener. We have to admit that our ideas about China were quite limited before we started researching. But now we understand and appreciate this fascinating country and its people much more. One of the things that surprised us the most was the incredible diversity of Chinese culture. From food to language to art, there are so many rich and vibrant traditions to explore. Creating the blog was such a fun experience. We loved learning new things about China and finding creative ways to share that information with others.
